House / building pressure cleaning
- Pressure wash your home exterior every 2 years at least.
- House siding made of vinyl, aluminium, steel, wood, stucco and brick can all benefit from regular washing. It will increase your home’s curb appeal and increase the life.
- In addition to pressure washing for the sake of cleaning it is also the best way to prep your house for a fresh coat of paint.
- Close all windows and doors. Keep an eye out for window and door leaks on the interior.
- We first water down all the garden areas below the side of the house to make sure they don’t get affected by the cleaning solution we use.
- We try to avoid ladders if possible.
- We use an extension or telescoping wand to reach second and third storey levels.
- We will attach a garden hose from your outdoor spigot to the pressure washer.
- Apply detergent to house siding from bottom up to avoid dirt and soap running down your house onto dry spots.
- Apply detergent to one side of home at a time before return wash down with water to clean away all the dirt and mildew.
